TRUJILLO STEAM KING

Description of Work: My house flooded, and all downstairs there was a foot or more of water. They came in to clean up everything. They ended up just taking whatever they wanted, including rugs, clothing, etc. After they intimidated me when I realized they had been stealing, I called the police and they never finished the job. My neighbor next door said they kept moving their trucks. There was a big container they were supposed to be putting things in, but they would just load it into a truck, and then switch the trucks. I was stupid. I just stayed out of their way and let them do their job. It never occurred to me they would be ripping me off, but it was a bad lesson to learn. Thge people who lived here before me had lots of copper pipes on the side of the house, which I just left. I used them to hang clothing on. They took them apart, dumped my clothes on the floor, and took the copper. They said things were wet that weren't wet and just took them. They took my husbands military books and his philosophy books. One day, I walked in downstairs and they were going through drawers, and putting things in a box. There were 3 men across from me, but they weren't together. When he asked me about my husbands knife, he held it up, and said "I'd like to have this." Then the two men came in right next to him, and he flipped the knife at me. I was terrified. I said for him to just take it, and I left and called the police. They never touched me, but whatever anger or meanness they had was left in that knife, was left inside of me. It made me ill for so long. Then they left when I called the police. Most of my stuff was in a container that they had not taken. The police were here when they put things back in the house. The insurance company still needed to pay them, and I was left with a mess. It was such a traumatizing experience that I can't even stand to go back downstairs. I'm hoping in writing this it will free me of the fear I felt. I talked to other people who warned me that they hurt people. They advertise all the time in the paper, and I called the paper and told them they are advertising for criminals, but they don't care at all. About 3 hours after they left (approximately 6:00 pm), I was in the entrance hall downstairs and I heard a loud bang. I went out and they were driving off. There was a huge brick through the back window of my car.
