I hired Adam to do the electrical hook up of our hot tub after a move. He answered my call promptly and showed up when he said he would. My wife checked the position of all valves the night before electrical work was scheduled. After the work was complete the lights came on so I paid for the work and he left. The water temperature did not come up. We discovered two problems. A valve near the new wiring was now closed preventing flow to the pump. At the circuit breaker box hot and neutral leads were swapped. A hot lead was connected to a terminal that was clearly marked “neutral.” You needed a flashlight to see the marking but you should never guess about something this critical. Besides ruining equipment swapping those leads can get someone electrocuted. Much to my amazement when the wires were connected properly the pump ran and temperature came up. It’s a miracle the circuit board wasn’t ruined. The tub is old and that board costs several hundred dollars if you can find one. It’s possible the entire tub would have had to be replaced if it had been ruined.

He is by far the most professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with tradesman I've ever worked with. The only reason I would use any other if Adam simply couldn't do it.
