"Mr. [member name removed] would call us to go there and talk about what he wanted to do as far as landscaping was concerned, we made more than 2 dozen trips to his house for free estimate and he never had the money to do the project, My [member name removed] is very confussed as to what he really wants done. My company is not responsable for frozen lines, we install a shrader vavle so lines can be blown out before it freezes and we also install in line drains. Mr [member name removed] would neglect to shut off sprinkler / drip system before it froze and busted and then call us and tell us that he shut it off and blew the lines out, well if you shut the main water supply off and blew the lines out with air, then you wouldn't have broken or busted lines. don't blame sharons design and landscaping for your responsabilty. We have plenty of satisfied customers. Plus our track record speaks for its self. Sorry Mr. [member name removed] was unhappy, but the home owner must take care of his or her responsability. Mr. [member name removed] blamed the builder for problems with the house and blamed the landscaper for problems with the landscaping. The whole time we were there working mr [member name removed] would complain about the home builder. I think Mr. [member name removed] just likes to complain about everything. All the problems Mr. [member name removed] has, he brings on himself. Mr. [member name removed] needs to reread his contracts and realize warranty periods don't last for ever, and the home owner needs to do his part or pay someone to fix his mistakes and stop blaming the contractor."
