We initially requested that the work be done while we were out of town, Oct. 10-14, 2017. They said, no problem. Imagine our surprise when we arrived home to find the job barely started. One of their vehicles was leaking oil all over the driveway. Rather than clean it up, they simply put crack sealer over the top of the oil! Instead of staying on the driveway, starting at the house and proceeding toward the main road as work progressed, they instead chose to drive all over our front yard, which has water lines and a sprinkler system. After requesting that they not do so, they finally stopped. The crack repair was done sloppily, and two weeks after it was done, the cracks are already reappearing. It is apparent that these people had not a remote clue about what they were doing, even though they advertise being able to do concrete work. On the estimate, they billed us for one sealant product, but ended up using another product, without ever consulting us. They also go by the name of A Better Tree Service. Maybe they know how to remove trees, but be very wary of using them for anything to do with driveways!!!!!
