We ended up not buying. Our Agent at RE/MAX was Bob Tibbs and he was great. He's got a good personality and is very professional. He was more than eager to go on and look for another house and tried to sell our house, but we changed our mind and decided to stay in the same house. This was not a problem, and he said "If you have any questions, or change your mind and start over, give me a call." If we wanted to see a property we would give him a call and he would make all the arrangements and often it was the next day to do the go see. I'm sure we weren't but it was almost as though we were his only customer, because whatever we wanted or needed he was right there.
