+ 0 moreGuy who did the work did a good job (I thought). Business owner couldn’t be bothered to send someone out to check the lock when it wasn’t working well later — because it was supposedly outside of some unknowable timeframe. Would have cost more to pay them to come back to fix what seemed most likely to be damage they caused than it cost for them to unlock it in the first place, so I ended up fixing it myself. Seemed like the right thing to do (and the smart thing business-wise) would have been to have more respect for the customer and take a 2nd look at their work — guess there’s no money in just doing the right thing though. Oh well. I won’t hire them again.

+ -1 moreThere were no problems. I dropped the new lock off at the Lock Doc's business. Came by an hour later and picked up the rekeyed lock. Tested it with the existing key, worked perfectly.
