I’m Dayton Robinson, the owner of Pueblo Lawn Cop. We serve clients throughout Pueblo CO and Pueblo West CO. Daily we work very hard to make sure our clients are thoroughly pleased with our quality and follow-up. If you are tired of lawn service companies that deliver poor quality, never call you back, have lousy communication skills, and are generally unprofessional and unreliable please consider giving Pueblo Lawn Cop a try. We have a very simple philosophy: we do your yard as if it was our Grandmother's yard. If you are not happy and we cannot fix it then you don't pay for it, period.

The pros -
Very reasonable prices and an option to auto bill
He will not swindle you. ex. 1 If you ask for a service, and he cannot perform it (say you want your sprinkler system air blasted, but he tries and it is too old- he will let you know and not charge you. ex 2. We asked for some spring aeration, but it was too late. some places would have done it- knowing it was too late.
He is professional.
He responds quickly, via phone, email, ect. I never waited more than a few hours to hear back from him.
The cons -
I can't say reliable/punctual because if he is lacking services, you may get delayed. Ex. 1 During the fall - he told us to warn him when we were ready for a fall leaf cleanup. When I told him- it was 2.5 weeks before he was able to come clean up our leaves. When I asked him about why it took so long he said this "To be able to field a crew I have to have enough work in an area to pay for the cost of fielding that crew. One job is not enough to even pay for the cost of fielding the crew. I then have to be able to group the work so that we are not traveling across town to do the work. I also have to guard my seniors as well as all my customers' costs so that they are not paying for a service twice. So the time frames are unavoidable to balance all the needs of all the customers and business decisions. I am sorry for any inconvenience, Dayton"
So while it is very understandable, I wish he has forewarned me. It annoyed me quite a bit we paid for a service (monthly) we had to wait 2.5 weeks for, while leaves littered our yard when other yards were nice and debris free. So it was clean I tup ourselves or wait.
His computer system is very out of date or does not work well- which led to some confusion in the beginning. ex. 1 We set up auto pay by credit card, but we would get invoices that we needed to pay our bill.
