Jeff (the technician) was very punctual - arriving exactly at the time scheduled 3:30. He was polite and professionally dressed and explained to me what he was doing as he worked doing the annual maintenance on the my A/C unit cleaning the air-filters and wiping down the furnace. Once it was all complete he explained the bill to me and then thanked me for choosing them and that he looked forward to seeing me and quot;next time.and quot;

They were Very responsive to my call. It was on a weekend and a live person answered the phone and sent a service man out. He looked at the problem gave me a price to fix it. An hour or so later it was fixed. I gave them my CC and now I'm happy.
