NorthStar was created in May 1996 with the purchase of KLH Engineering of Pueblo, Inc. NorthStar and its predecessor firms (see below) have been providing quality engineering, design, consulting, and surveying services in Colorado and New Mexico continually since 1939. The firm’s highly competent staff of engineers, surveyors, computer designers, and construction inspectors comprise a team of total project services from initial master planning, surveying, and analysis through final design, construction management, and construction surveys.

I got the drawings but will probably not use them as I have found another foundation option and will have someone else design it for me.
Description of Work: I needed a foundation design done for my building permits. I gave them complete drawings and soil condition reports. It took 6 weeks or more to do about 6.5 hours work. Every time I had a decision to make it would take days for me to get a hold of them and them days for them to respond. Emails and phone call were not replayed to for 3-4 days. When they did, no apologies or explanation. Very disappointed as many of my neighbors had recommended them.
