They were fast and they were thorough and they sent two people.

got a little defensive when i asked them to go over a few places again. overall ok and got the job done

It went excellent. They are very friendly. They are very good with my things. They are always on time. They do a very thorough job. They are very dependable. The main company that I deal with makes the arrangements for appointment or if you need to cancel. They are very friendly and competent.

They were just very respectful and they did a good job. They are very easy to work with. The workers are very competent and trustworthy within the house. I would recommend them. Their price was average. They were fabulous.

I used them before they were on Angie's list. They were given specific directions of what I wanted cleaned..asked to bring a vacuum with attachments because I didn't have one, and they didn't complete the jobs I had asked for and told me they did. They did give me a discount for not bringing the vacuum. Attitude not good. Called them a few years later because I was desperate for some help, left msg. and they never returned my call.

The two girls that came out to do the work were here about 2 hours and they did a great job. Scheduling went well however the girls were a couple minutes late but nothing to worry about. I am satisfied with what they did.

It was a very good experience. There were two companies that I was choosing from and I called one of them. I left my phone number but they never called me back. I needed housecleaning and so I called Merry Maids of Pueblo. I was very happy with them. They did a very good job. They actually charged me $200 but I had a coupon for $30 and I used that so it went down to $170.

The deep cleaning took 3 people 3-1/2 hours. The items they missed were walls in small hallway, fireplace glass (even though this was one of the items I specifically mentioned and specified on paperwork), shower rod, window tracks, cup holders on sofa, laundry sink knobs, dirt on doors in grooves of wood grain (which I ended up cleaning myself) outside glass of aquarium, and glass on tv. They also took my sponge from my kitchen sink, through away or took a cardboard piece I made for holding a pottery straight for display on vaulted ceiling shelf, and numerous items were not put back in place such as my sons crayons box was originally on frig but finally found it on top of a kitchen cabinet.
I had them come back to do windows and a weekly clean and get the items they missed before. It was 3 people for 1-1/2 hours. I made list of items to be sure to get and discussed it with them. They still did not clean the entire glass of fireplace, still left dark dirt on shower rod that easily scrapes off with fingernail, broke a wall hanging figurine, still left dust on vanity light bulbs (came off with wet paper towel), dint touch the laundry sink knobs, and the windows were my biggest disappointment. One entire pane on each of 2 bedrooms were not cleaned at all on outside and one was very bad so it was impossible not to see it. The small window on entry door was full of streaks. The kitchen window had numerous spots left on the inside. Our patio door still had a few smudges.
If I pay someone to clean windows I expect clean windows not streaks and spots and dirt. My impression is the employees simply come to house and spray and wipe and get out as fast as they can. Anything that doesnt come off they wont bother with. Anything that takes and quot;elbow greaseand quot; will be left. There was even 2 small marble size spots on sofa that went through both cleanings without being taken care of. They were white (probably milk from kids cup) on dark brown sofa right on top front. After they left I cleaned it off with my spit and corner of shirt just to see if it was permanent. Then I used a diaper wipe cloth to be hygienic about it. I had left it intentionally to show them the 2nd time and also see if they would get it off. Nope.
Our entire purpose was for selling our house and we intended to have them come every week until it was sold. We list it in a couple days and I have to finish what Merry Maids failed to do. I will not have them do ANY kind of work for me again. One time I can accept and give a second chance but 2 cleanings failing to live up to my expectations and then the windows being worse than I would expect from an impatient unpaid teenager is just too much for me to accept.

The experience with them was very nice. They are very reliable. They are very efficient. The people who come out are really pleasant. I am thoroughly enjoying them cleaning my house. Their price is reasonable.

I had another crew come out before, and I did not like them, but this crew was really good. They came on time, and I did not have to wait half an hour or more. My concern with both the crews was that they be on time because I cannot wait. They are a local franchise company, and their price is good. They do a good job, and I am pleased with them. They go through everything and clean the dust and keep the house pretty clean. They come and do the job and don't fool around. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
