Unfortunately one of the single worst experiences I've ever had as a Real Estate Investor. It was an absolutely horrible experience with David. He lies and cheats his way through a project extracting as much money as he can and then questionably paying what he calls his "employees" who are really just inexperienced laborers from Craigslist. He ruined the wood floors, covered up vents, created leaks in the kitchen, had unfinished work, installed the crown where cabinets wouldn't open, and more! Once he learns he can no longer provide a reasonable finished service, he runs and takes your money, never to return a call again. For how much pain and agony this guy caused me, hopefully my review saves the next person from the same thing.
