They charged me $10,000 to install my new pieces and $3,000 to check on it yearly. They ended up over charging a couple thousand of dollars. I was told by a friend I could have the whole thing done for five or six thousand dollars cheaper. They stuck it to me big time. The guy that first set it up did it wrong and they had to send someone else out. I would call them and it would take three to four days to come out and in the meantime I was freezing to death!

The job went pretty well. Several adjustments to the scope of work had to be made to address new code issues. The electrician that did the job had to make some changes to meet new code issues, but he kept coming back until he got everything taken care of properly.

They couldn't get a unit in Colorado, so they sent a truck down to Texas to bring one back so they could have it installed by Monday. I had some troubles with the unit after that, but they said it wasn't anything they did so it did cost me more money.
