KITCHEN DESIGN SPECIALISTS

On 8/11/2010 we ordered crown moulding and rope trim for our cabinets, we were told by Dick Utterback that it would take about 3 weeks to get the material in and he would have the installer scheduled as soon as it came in. We called Dick after 3 weeks and he said it had not come in and said he would call when it did come in. to make a long story short he never called us and the material did not come in until late in September and was installed on 9/22. However Dick placed the order wrong so we had to reorder the rope trim and wait until 10/8 to have it installed. During this whole ordeal which took 2 months instead of the promised 3 weeks, Dick never returned our calls and was short with us when we called him, his customer service is probably the worst I have ever dealt with. I know I will NEVER deal with Kitchen Design Specialist again and won't recommend them to others. One bright side was our installer Rick Sisk, he did an excellent job and when he found out how Dick never returned our calls he made it a point to call us and tell us when the material was expected and acted as a go between.
