They first said install would cover "everything", then after hooked they changed story and said it would be extra for removal of old counter top and sink install. The entire process was unpleasant. Getting in touch with anybody at this store ever is next to impossible. Several times I had to call Colorado Springs stores to get a live human. In Pueblo it is common practice to hangup or disconnect you, let alone not answering to begin with. I live in Pueblo West and now for the few occasions I need to go to Home Depot I drive all the way to Springs or Canon City. Yeah, Pueblo HD is THAT bad.
