After calling other companies for help and it appearing their willingness to come out at a descent time was lacking, I called Hanson Plumbing Solutions Saturday morning because I thought my water heater had failed the night before. Kizu stated he would be out within the hour. He texted when he was 15 minutes out and arrived on time. He came in, removed his shoes, assessed the situation, stated it couldn't be repaired because it wasn't simply "leaking". He advised what needed to be done, explained in detail what he would do & how much it would cost. Reasonable. Fair. Upon agreeing, he picked up all necessary parts needed to replace and bring back to code. He redid some piping (very neatly, clean, and more stable than what was in place) added a tank, set a tray under the heater (which was not done by the previous installer), relined some duct work, cleaned up after himself, removed my old water heater plus another one that had been downstairs for ages and also removed an old water softner. The entire time he displayed exceptional professionalism, respect, courtesy, and neatness. Kizu will be who I call in the future for ALL my plumbing solutions! He is simply amazing, hardworking, polite, and displays wonderful work ethic! Thank you Kizu! Fantastic job! Impeccable!! 10 / 5 STARS!!!

Had a leaking tub on the second floor. Kizu got right into it, located the leak and repaired it. He also answered questions I had about other plumbing concerns I had. He cleaned up his work area and his pricing was extremely competitive, the quote for his work was never a factor, a great value.
