He arrived on time to provide me a quote, but did not bring the right equipment for the quote, so he had to come back the next day. He provided the quote over the phone, but did not have a signed contract or the breakdown of the costs. He asked for half of the money up front to pay for materials. He was late showing up for the work. He ordered too much rock which was dumped on the driveway. He placed the rock in the backyard, but left the rock on the driveway. Several days later he had the company that dumped the rock to come and pick up part of it. They damaged my driveway. When I called to let him know and ask when they were going to remove the rest of the rock, he said later thay day or the next day. A week later, he hadn't showed. I called again and mentioned that the rock was still in my driveway and we needed to discuss the property damage to my driveway. He said that according to him that he thinks his work is done and that he wasn't going to do anything about the property damage. I just want my driveway fixed.
