Great communication, up front/honest quote - only 1% over the quoted price. Was flexible on payment (paid for materials, and then final payment was 2 weeks after completion). They were very efficient, getting the job done within 4 days (removed all old fencing, trimmed the trees along the fence line, installed ~ 300 linear feet cedar pickets, steel posts in concrete, and 2 gates). Few small opportunities for improvement. The corners arenâ t really aligned with measurements, so there are a few areas with like a 2â wide picket to cover gaps at the edge/corners - especially near the gates. (I do understand itâ s likely to not fit exact size pickets across a stretch, but â next timeâ I would discuss that Ahead of time with the contractor - or I suggest the contractor make sure the customer is aware of where those small pickets will be). Overall, satisfied customer.

Hector and his crew came to my home on the agreed upon date and were very courteous and professional, making sure to keep me apprised of all things being done. I was very happy that they were able to complete the work within one day as opposed to two.
