I am out of area from home, so called and explained the situation. They had people on site that afternoon to prepare a quote, and replaced it the next day, all via phone calls. Excellent service!!

Flawless installation, done professionally. Only inquired about replacing a window and had one replaced previously (not Angie's list) before due to an easily excitable german shepherd who also broke this one. This sales representative was different from the last and took the time to explain how replacing the whole widow fixture was a much better value than to just replace it like the last service provider did. I was so happy I called them this time and had them replace all four where my german shepherd would jump. Not only am I happy with my new windows...I'm a little less concerned about my dog getting seriously hurt by the old untapered windows during the time it's taking to completely break him out of this bad habit. (He saw me petting neighbor's cat when he broke the latest window) But for now, I can't wait to save up so Glass Force can replace the rest of my old windows!

They came by and gave me an estimate.  The install was completed once the windows arrived.  The work was done well with no complaints.
