It was a nightmare.... Sloppy job ! Very poor craftsmanship Rude employees. Just show up no knock or anything...the company has taken over a year to complete the project...they literally reroofed my house and garage 2-3 times during summer of 2021...amungst leaving trash everywhere and cigarette butts and them leaving spare materials all over the yard and im disabled...had to hire kids to clean up also left gates open all the time my animals kept gettn out...i received dog at large tickets cause of them...upon the first tear off they removed the flu for my hot water heater and never put back properly...nor did they do anything to replace the fireplace chimney that they droppd off the house ...which they put back on and is currently mangled...

The work was not done on time or ever truly completed. The Drury brothers did not complete the work as specified on our contract. As a result of the incomplete work, we had a leak which resulted in over 3,000 dollars of damage that after close to 2 months of little communication they paid for. Unprofessional from multiple sides. The following is a timeline that began in February and ended in July: set up time for end of February to complete work, no call/no show, end of March we called and said if can't perform work, we will find someone else, less than a week later performed the work wrong the first time on all three suppers/gutters, we called to complain, came out a second time, still did not complete work on one of three gutters, forgot to bill us, leak happened, we sent an email, no response, follow up, finally responded. The woman on phone for Drury was rude saying we hadn't paid, but she was unaware of work on contract compared to work actually done and changed her tone once she read the contract and realized the work was never completed. They finally paid and offered to come out and fix their mistake. Obviously, we had another company complete the work. Save yourself the headache!

Out of seven roofing contractors from whom I solicited estimates, Drury Brothers was the only one whose representative provided full written answers to the written questions I submitted and made appropriate written commitments in the contract we eventually signed.
They fulfilled the contract fully and expeditiously, in a businesslike, professional manner. The only minor quibble I have is that I received the telephone notification from the business office that the work crew was on their way approximately ten minutes after they pulled into my driveway.
