After a difficult time with our insurance company not covering mold remediation, potential charges of $250 to just analyze the situation and other proposals of over $20,000 to do the remediation, it was such a delight to discover Scott Nelson and his team.  Not only was Scott punctual in returning our call and coming to assess our damage, his bid was very reasonable compared to other bids.  His crew was tremendous. They were very careful to protect our property from further damage.  They arrived punctually to meet us each day and answered all our questions with care and concern.  When we didn’t pass air quality tests, they returned promptly to do more remediation until we passed.  They left our crawl space in far better condition than even before the leak.  I cannot say enough good things about this company!
