Carpet Direct

This is in reference to the Carpet Direct in Pueblo West. I had flooring put in my house. First off, they ordered too much material and I ended up paying for it instead of getting a credit or refund. There are areas where the planks dont butt up tight, therefore there are gaps. The trim for the top of the stairs is coming off. The flooring in the bathroom pops when you walk on it. I have called several times and "Drake" told me to call the installer, which i did, and no response. I have called ""Drake" several times and he has ignored my calls. They dont have a problem selling you their products but they dont follow up when needing repairs. I will never recommend them to anyone.

The subcontractor he was terrible. He came in and sold me a carpet.

Awesome!  Mark has earned all my future business.  I believe Mark is the owner of Carpet Direct.  He did everything exactly as he promised, and recommended the right carpet for the job.  He knows his stuff.  He came to my property exactly as scheduled, and had the right samples with him for what we discussed on the phone prior.  The carpet he recommended was about the same price as the cheap stuff at Lowe's, but this was better quality, and a lot better service than Lowe's.  Then the installer he recommended, James Solace of High Plains Flooring, came to the property about two weeks later with a crew of about five guys, removed all the old carpet, and installed everything in one day.  Excellent job!  If there is one tiny thing I would recommend in the future for the installers, it would be to vacuum the carpet of the little shedding threads after it is installed, so it has that perfect wow feel when you first see it.  Bottom line though, is that I will be using them for all my future business, and they did an excellent job.  I've dealt with a lot of contractors & tradesman, and things often don't go this smoothly, so when I find somebody who delivers exactly as promised, and does an excellent job, I stick with them.

It went very well. Their service was great. They showed up at the house and brought samples. Everything was very positive. This is the second time we used them. When we need to do carpet again, we'll probably use them again.

Mike from Carpet Direct brought all the carpet samples to our home so we could see how they looked next to the fireplace and the furniture and the hardwood.  He explained the difference in polyester and nylon carpet.  He gave us a list of installers and we LOVED our installer, Scott Meyers, he and Marshall were amazing artists with the carpet we honestly can't even see one seam and they had tough areas to sneak the carpet into, they treated our home with respect and we have and will recommend both Carpet Direct and the installers.

My experience with carpet direct was fantastic from start to finish. I had already been shopping for carpet for a couple is months and had received multiple quotes and thought that I had found what I wanted when I saw them set up at the home and garden Center. So I scheduled one more quote...... with them. When the sales rep arrived I pulled out the sample if the carpet I liked and told him my needs since I have a very active household that includes two kids and three dogs. He went out to his van and brought I'm a couple options. I found one that was exactly what I needed and low and behold the quote was cheaper than all of the quotes I had received. But the real selling factor was they were willing to move a very large safe asking with my other furnature. Everyone else would not move it. A couple days after I bought the carpet the installer called to schedule the install. My schedule was very hectic at the time but they worked with me to come later in the afternoon and completed the install at 7pm. They did a great job and I love my new carpet!

Our experience with Mr. Marsters was superb from start to finish.  He helped with choosing the best carpet type and color for our home.  He also helped with type and color of bathroom linoleum.  The carpet and linoleum were installed Friday and look just beautiful!  The installer, Mr. Salas, installed the carpet and linoleum in one day and did an excellent job.  We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of both Mr. Marsters and Mr. Salas.  We would highly recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.

Bought carpet for 3 rooms; both salesman and installers arrived exactly on time.  Installers were very helpful and pleasant.  They even vacuumed after the installation.  Workmanship was high quality--all seams and transitions look great.

The salesman was great. we only had one room done now but plan to do more in the near future. The salesman explained completely all our options. Gave us estimates on the whole house and broke it down into sections of the house. We just remodeled a large room and decided to do only that room for now. The prices were good and the turn around time was fast, about a week to install. Looks great!!  The installers were prompt and finished in a good time. They explained the warranties to us and answered all questions we had. Thanks for a great experience.

These guys are just great.  Have used them over the past 8 - 10 years.  In our previous home, of 35 years, They have removed furniture from bedrooms. taken out the old pad and carpet, laid new ones and moved the furniture back in.  When we updated that bathroom, and then updated the kitchen both times their work was impeccable.
They have always treated my house as if it was their own.  Very careful about furnishings.  Professional, friendly and on time.  The carpets we  had installed wore beautifully.
When we moved to our current residence we had them remove carpeting in the kitchen and bath, install new flooring and this was done with in a day with no fuss and no muss.   They also have put carpeting in our living room and dining room.  Every time I have been quite happy with their work and product.   More surprisingly, so has my husband!
I have recommended them to family and friends without hesitation and will continue to do so.

We got them from Angie’s List.  Our experience went great.  They walked in with us and got the carpet that we were trying to match for the other levels of our home.  They were able to get some real good quality carpet at a good price.  Then they ordered the carpet which came in earlier than they said and we had the installer, which they recommended, come out in three days.  The installer was fantastic.  We did not really look around for the prices but we were expecting it to be more.  They were very professional and they under promised and over delivered; they did not over promise.

They're relatively inexpensive and they are fast.
