My wife and I called and asked to speak with him regarding a few houses for rent. He was very rude and abrupt with us. It seemed like he didn't have any time to speak with us. (We would understand if he was busy or at a showing, but he could have done the professional thing and asked to call us back because he was busy/ with a client) Instead, his brush-off-attitude came across as uncaring and not wanting our business. My wife started to explain our situation and what we were looking for in a house, but he cut her off mid sentence and said "check out my website, I update it every weekend because there is a high turnover rate with houses and new ones come in constantly." We asked him about a few houses his website listed as available. He said that they weren't and to check out the website and proceeded to hang up on us. We have checked his website out frequently prior to this conversation and after. It is not understandable as to why he is listing houses that are already rented. He does not update his website at all. And the houses that we asked about that he said were unavailable are still listed as available... TWO weeks later. So are they or aren't the rented? No one knows. But just a little speculation, it seems like he is just adding houses to his website to bolster his renting prowess and gain more clients; but if he treats his potential clients rudely, how does he even close the deal? I wouldn't recommend using him. We have heard a few bad reviews regarding Carlsson Real Estate's professionalism so we felt we needed to add a review to warn other potential clients.
