I was not present for the work - it was overseen by a property management company. They seemed pleased with the timing, cost, and value of the work performed. I cannot confirm this exactly as first-hand experience, since I have not yet traveled to Colorado to verify.

They took all safety precations as not to damage wires, cables for TV ,gutter spouts, and patio cover. They did a excellent job of cleaning all debris .The only reason I gave them a "B" grade is they left the stump.

We compared prices and felt this company was the best way to go. Jerome and his crew came with the proper equipment and worked in a professional manner. They did the job exactly the way we wanted it done and we were very pleased. They did a great job of cleaning up the yard.
