job with all aspects of my AC and the other tasks you addressed while
you were here and I was more than pleased with your work. You explained
to me what needed to be done so I knew what you would be doing before
you did it and advised me of costs so that nothing was a surprise. I
can only say that anyone wanting to have someone very competent working
on their heating or AC should have you and I will be calling you again,
since I was so impressed I decided to take a three year service contract

They were fantastic and easy to work with. They were a A plus. They do what I say and they know what they do. They come out, they take care of the job and they do what they were suppose to do.

The heater was up and running and working perfectly. They came out the same day that I called them. They were great.

Jim provided excellent service. He was courteous, thoughtful, thorough and eager to deliver. He offered to follow-up any time and asked that I call him if there were any problems. He always explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and how it impacted the humidifier he installed and the heater it was installed on. I highly recommend All American and will ask him to return for the next round of service.

The work was accomplished in a professional and orderly manner and no time was wasted. I was advised of what was to be done and kept in the loop as work progressed as to what might be necessary as they went along. The one lb. of coolant was deemed to be sufficient and I wasn't asked to purchase any additional materials. Overall, all of the work took less than one hour and I was advised that if I had any trouble with the unit to call and they would come out right away to take care of it. Very happy with the entire process!!!

I was very pleased. The technician patiently answered questions I had on the system, as well as carefully checking things out. He was very professional and personable. I had some random questions about some other heating and humidification issues, and he took the necessary time to fill me in. I would definitely call All American again for any heating/cooling needs.

These guys are the best! Prior to whole house humidifier installation All American helped us research the right humidifier for our home. They showed up on time, gave regular updates on how the installation was going, and did a thorough check of both our furnaces. Very polite and honest, up front pricing. We're new to Colorado Springs, and what a relief to know we've found our 'go to' Heating and A/C guys.
