Gutters work well now, but it was a struggle getting there.
Ace was a sub for Lianro Roofing. Apparently, the roof and gutters ended up being installed in the wrong sequence, which resulted in a problem whereby runoff water from the roof was leaking between the inside of the gutter runs and the fascia boards.
Despite two separate attempts, Ace was never able to solve the problem. Finally, Bruce (from Lianro Roofing) came over and fixed the problem (I think - won't really know until next winter).
The high grades are because the gutters are well installed, look great, seem to function great, and should last a long time. I must say that both Ace and Lianro were responsive to the problems we had. I'm not sure if anyone was at fault for the leak problem - probably falls under the category of "stuff happens!"
