 + -1 moreJohn and his crew were able to install our new floors and stairs while we were on vacation. The stairs had to be completely redone to comply with code. John had stain mixed to match the floors and built the bannisters as well. Everything we wanted and the way we wanted it done was what we have. There was no hesitation on our part at having them here while we were gone. When we came home, all the work was done and our house was clean!
Description of Work: Installed bamboo floors in our lower level. Re built the staircase and bannisters

The time line had to be stretched; this was no fault of John's.Every day that anyone was here, was a day of progress.Our kitchen is exactly as we hoped and planned. This is due to John Nitchen and his fellow workers, each of whom is an independent businessman. We can't imagine how things could have gone better.There are other projects to be tackled in our home and we will not hesitate to call on John in the future
Description of Work: John and the people he brought in completely gutted and re modeled our kitchen.Everything in the kitchen was removed and all new cabinets, tile and appliances were installed.They were here when scheduled and left no mess for us to clean. They were lnowlegable and professional.All work done was done to the highest standards possible.We ran into problems with the existing electrical and so had to have the panel rewired. The delay was well worth the extra time required. Bob, the electritian brought in by Mr Nitchen, was experiemced and did a beautiful job sorting out the entire "rats' nest" of earlier add-ons and repairs.The tile installation was smooth and done by Louis. His experience shows in everything he did in the kitchenDrywall repair and finishing was done in one day and is perfect.
