The technician arrived well within the time window, and I really have no problem with his professionalism, although I am not sure if what he did was really necessary..  The tech was there approximately two hours looking in to why one of the zones on my sprinkler system was not coming on.  He replaced a couple parts, troubleshooted different things, but when he left, it still was not working.  I had to call in a different contractor, one who specialized in irrigation systems, before the problem was fixed.  Additionally, after the ABC tech left, *none* of the zones worked.  The tech had turned off the water supply when he replaced the part, and didn't turn it back on.  It was the second technician (not an ABC tech) that figured out the problem was a cut wire from the timer to the cylinoid...which the ABC tech *should* have been able to figure out.

All in all, I am totally dissatisfied.  First, the tech did not correct the problem, and second, he turned off the water supply, didn't turn it back on, which in turn caused me to believe the whole system was jacked up.  For $85 per hour, one would expect better service.

this eval is for their colorado springs location. this was for a rental unit. i have used them at my home numerous times. i have had the same tech (Henry) numerous times. i think he is very good at what he does. it's the company i am not pleased with. i had a faucet leaking, the supply lines for the washing machine. the hot/cold shared one faucet. i wanted it split so that each had their own control. he told me he could do it, but he had to return to the shop to get the parts and he would be on the clock the entire time. he told me that the company doesn't let the field guys carry a lot of parts in their trucks because they had been robbed one night. so now the guys have to guess which parts to take to the job site and hope they have everything they need. this is ridiculous. i had him make the run because i didn't want the old style faucet. but that cost me around $60 more because he had to drive back. they charge $85 an hour.

It really depends on the plumber you get. I've had great experiences with some and terrible experiences with others. The pricing varied as well. They were pretty good about showing up on-time. Just make sure you get the good ones.

The plumber took about 1 hour to do both things. He was very easy to get in touch with and was priced well. The leak did stop and we have had no problems with the toilet or the sink since he came to fix them. He did clean up his mess afterwards.
