5. Referred us to a person to help with our leach field knowing that the problem could be fixed rather than digging a brand new leach field as was recommended by 2 other companies for $1500.00 more than what it cost us.

He gave me a day and time 2 weeks in advance and showed up promptly on the right day and time. In fact, he called me early at home and asked if he could come over 30 minutes earlier.
When he got here, he had the heath department drawings with him but the tanks couldn't be accessed that day because of landscaping issues.
He gave me the names of some people that could help me find the tank and asked me to call him back to drain the tanks when they were exposed.
And, although I offered to pay him for the hour+ he was there searching for the tanks with me, he declined
Unfortunately, 5 days later, our septic system backed up into the house and we needed urgent pumping. But, it was a Sunday morning. I called Brett on his business phone which turned out to be his cell phone and he answered right away. He told me he could come out and pump the tanks if I could find them. With a great amount of work on my part I was able to find the tanks, remove the landscaping and get the tank ready for access. I called him back and he was at the house and pumping the system within 30 minutes.
He also looked our entire system over at that point trying to determine why it had overflowed in less than 3 years and gave me detailed information about what work might need to be done. Again, he gave me the names of a company that does reliable work.
For coming out on a Sunday basically committing to wait for me to call him when *I* was ready for him to come over, he only charged me $300 instead of the normal $240.
I think I got a deal.
Will definitely use him again.
