He came out the same day I called. My air conditioner had stopped working he came right over. He is very polite, friendly, and professional.

In the past the person who came out went to a house that two other heating and air conditioning companies had already said needed a new furnace, but it turned out all we needed was a new filter, so he saved us a lot of money. He is licensed and insured. He used to work for one of the major electric companies in this town, but went out on his own. He has spent 27 years in the business. I have used him over the last couple of months at four different properties. I had no problems with his work. He also put in a new thermostat and another part on a furnace at a rental house I own. He did that job all in one afternoon and is a good worker.
