My new tenants arrived to find the carpets in terrible shape.  The previous tenant had them cleaned by a company that did a terrible job.  Someone recommended Champion ChemDry and said they did not use a water solution so the carpets would dry in a few hours.
ChemDry came out the next day and did a great job.  My new tenants were very satisfied.  It was more expensive than other companies but the extra cost was worth it.   Beware of those ads offering cheap carpet cleaning.  Within a few days, all the stains will come back.
I recommend ChemDry.  Very friendly and helpful.

The results smell better, feel better, and are better for carpet and
padding than using a carpet shampooer. When I recently had carpet
replaced I was embarrassed by the HUGE amount of dust under it, but the
installers said it was actually from the shampoo form carpet pad falling
apart and that is primarily caused by the chemicals and water form
carpet shampooing. Upon closer inspection I could see that a lot of the
dust was a soap type granule. Very odd. I will never shampoo a carpet
again.

They were on time, did the work ask for and were very polite. I had to postpone the first appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating and nice over the phone.

As I stated in the ratings, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend and continue to use Champion Chemdry carpet cleaning company. Finally, the carpet looked great and I was impressed.

They had a special in the newspaper and it seemed like the prices were reasonable. They use very professional equipment and they are thorough. Because of the fact that they charge for each item that they do, even though you get this discount, it still came out to be more than we expected. We needed it done so we were willing to pay for it.

It was a good experience, they came on time and kept their appointment with me. They were very professional with me. I would use them again to clean my carpets.

I was very satisfied with their reasonable price. Unfortunately, I do not recall the price. They were courteous and timely. Due to my request, I stated a date in which I wanted the carpets cleaned. They were able to schedule me on that particular day. They arrived on time.
