We had our personal property locked in a nearby storage facility, and went to move them into our new rental property. We found the storage facility was broken into and our belongings were gone. The storage facility manager was rude and not willing to help us in any way. We contacted Denise and thank God we had secured rental insurance with her recently. She contacted her claims dept and they contacted us immediately to see what was taken. They were very helpful and quick to get claim amount to us. We were reimbursed for the stolen items very quickly. Much thanks to Farmers Insurance and Denise Laine-Coughlin!
