The work isn't bad but Tim is not worthy of your business. He is disorganized and mistreats people. I did three days of honest work for him and he never paid me. I asked nicely over and over again (for months) and he always had an excuse: not enough money is his account, domestic problems, busy trying to get a job done. I know I'm not the only one he has screwed over. That's just not how you treat people. I think I have little recourse at this point other than to urge others to not give him business. I truly believe he is the worst kind of person, enough so that I signed up for this account just to denounce him.

Hart's always does beautiful work, and never leaves a detail undone.  After my bathroom remodel and full-interior painting, Tim came over and did a walk through to make sure the team's work was up to his standards.  He touched up tiny flaws I had not even noticed!   And what he did to my wilderness of a yard was nothing short of a miracle!  I had a buyer for my monster of a house in only six weeks.
On the new house, my deck looks great, and my garage looks so nice I'm tempted to rent it out as a spare room!  Now I always call Tim first, when I need work done.
