Called The Asterisk Group to fix 2 smoke alarms in a new house I bought in 2022, the house containing those 2 particular alarms at heights of 18-20 ft. in vaulted ceilings-heights I'm not comfortable in ANY circumstances. Mr Rindt, head of Asterisk Group, arrived on time as stated in his appointment text message. He assessed the work order, set up his own portable scaffolding, progressed to repair the 1st alarm, moved his support structure to the 2nd alarm location, repaired the 2nd alarm, advised me of possible upcoming requirements for the alarms maintenance, and was out the door in under an hour!!! I am TOTALLY impressed with Mr Rindt and his Asterisk Group, and plan on keeping him in line for future house repairs...fair pricing, transparent explanation of the job(s), and efficiently effective! Ryan was great to work with. Very responsive and on time for the job each day. He was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done to properly repair our drywall and didn’t cut any corners. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for future projects.
