My family and I just moved to Colorado Springs from Washington state. We bought a house sight unseen. The floors looked terrible when we got here. It looked like the previous owners had a pack of wolves running around the house. Don was recommended to us by our real estate agent. He showed up the day after we arrived. My concern was that our house hold goods would arrive from our movers before they could finish. He took the concerns to heart. Don had his team start the same day, they had my floors mostly stripped that day. The whole team loves wood. They had great ideas for our floors. When they finished stripping, they put down 5 sample sections on our floor stained so we could make an informed decision. The floors look great We felt the team was 100% trustworthy in our home while we were out. They even locked up. Bottom line, they were on time, professional and delivered a great product in a minimum amount of time.
