We had a railing in our house painted, and it looks like a child did it. It is the most unprofessional paint job I have ever seen. They also destroyed one of the wood panels on our floor. I wish we never hired this company.

In my opinion I would hire them for painting only! We needed some siding replaced and wanted a good paint job however they did not do a good job with replacing the siding. I made it known that if they found more boards that needed replaced then just do it and I would pay the extra cost. I think they were in a hurry and didn't care about the work. they rushed the job and did a horrible job with calking and painted right before it rained. 5 Star did send out a second crew to fix what the first crew messed up but on the smooth siding you cant sand it down so our house doesn't look like it should after spending that much money for "professionals" to do the job. I was also told that what we paid for would remain at the house and that did not happen!

Fabulous! These folks were professional, and did a great job! They were very careful to protect anything we did not want painted. They were thorough and professional. I would hire them again!!

Owner, Mark, made on site visit prior to painting project start. Price quote was reasonable, good quality workmanship, equipment appropriate for project, excellent quality customer service. Finished project was superb.

Be sure to review the work to be done with the project manager before the job starts to ensure everything you want will be done.

The crew worked quickly and the quality of their work was great. They were polite and listened to me if I had questions.

It was great working with Wayne and all the people at Five Star Painting and I would definitely hire them again for other painting jobs.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. • Promised daily for 12 days that crew would start. • Poor communication between management & crew. Each blamed the other. • Home owner was expected to supervise crew. • Calls to owner did not improve performance of the crew. • Painters unreliable & work inconsistent with contract. • Painters arrive late, do minimal work, and leave early. • Painters did not have a ladder (use home owner's ladder every day). • Painters supposed to smooth out cracks created by carpenter hired by 5 Star but never did. • Caulking and house tightening not done to owner's satisfaction. • Windows streaked with paint, paint drops on deck, nails & garbage left at job site. • All levels of management ineffective in managing the crew.

Good work done,but was unable to show up on schedule

The whole process was great. I had to revise my contract multiple times because of what insurance allowed, and they did a great job with this. Painters did an excellent job. Everyone had excellent customer service, except for the project manager. Out of 10 times I called her, she answered her phone 3 times. However, she did return my phone call the next day. This company did everything possible to ensure that I was happy with their service.

The work and price was satisfactory.

Five Star Painting did an awesome job. Mark was very helpful in getting the exact colors I liked. The quality was exactly what I was looking for. I had several bids, but none as good as Five Star. Mark was very personable and I liked his professionalism through the entire job. Great crew, Great work!

5 Star is a full service provider. They anticipated weather needs, took care of everything. I was very pleased with their service from start to finish.

Painter Ready painted my home in May and the crew did a great job. The crew worked as a team, they were polite and seemed to take great pride in their work. My house looks great and I would highly recommend them. Mark even came by and painted samples of the colors I had chosen, many other companies don't even offer that. I've had many compliments on the house since.

I went with Mr. Lambert because he had the most reasonable price for the job. Mr. Lambert is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. The cabinets turned out beautiful!!! I called him back for a second project and that turned out fabulous as well. Any projects in the future will be handled by Mr. Lambert.

I am totally pleased with Painter Ready. They were on time, friendly and the painter did an excellent job. I will be using them to do other paint jobs. Paint Ready gave me the best bid and superior service.

Mark gave me the best bid of the three contractors who were bidding on the job. Weather delayed the initial start of the project but Mark & his crew were good about keeping me posted on when they would start. The end results were magnificent. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I'll certainly call on Painter Ready for any future painting needs. Thanks!
