Drywall by Design, LLC

I recently contracted with Drywall by Design to have the drywall in my partially-finished 3-car garage completed. I did my due diligence, reaching out to several different contractors and drywall companies to get competing bids. Out of the five companies I contacted, only three would even come to my house to have a look before drawing up an estimate. Drywall by Design was one of those companies and from the moment he arrived / began his inspection, it was clear to me which company I was going to go with. Gerald and his crew could not have been more professional and courteous. He clearly explained what it was he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and how long it would take. Not only did his estimate beat all the other contractors, Gerald and his team did a superb job hanging, mudding, and taping the new drywall. They also went over all the existing drywall put up years ago when the house was built in 2008, repairing lifted tape, exposed screw heads, cracks, and they repaired a large hole in the ceiling where I had roof repairs done previously. By the time they finished the job, Gerald and his team completely transformed my garage. With a fresh coat of paint, my garage is now just as nice as any of the interior rooms of my house. I could not be happier with the results. If you are needing a drywall contractor, you could do what I did and go through the process of calling multiple contractors, getting estimates, and hopefully finding someone you can trust. Or you can skip all of that and just contact Drywall by Design. You will be happy you did.

Excellent drywall service. They did a couple patch jobs around my house. They blended the texture work so seamlessly that not even I can tell where the work was done. Their price was the best I found as well.

I had Gerry do a 10 x 10 portion of a popcorn ceiling that had leaked and two areas of wall that were cut into in my rental property. My tenants could not rave about him enough, especially the professional way that he approached the preparation of the work area with plastic drape. My tenant is in the construction business and was really impressed by the way the work was accomplished. I had the chance to examine the work once completed, and cannot even tell that there was any damage, including on the popcorn ceiling where the texture matches perfectly. Price was under other quotes I had as well. Thank you Gerry.

Drywall by Design is TOPS! Jerry and his crew are drywall artists. I have hired them for two jobs now. On time, low prices, perfect work. You won't find a better drywall man or a nicer person. Hire him! You will want to pay him more than he charges. Impressed.
