Found the source of water and fixed that. Made a new vent path for a ceiling vent fan. Repaired the ceiling and insulation. Replaced a can light.

My husband and I just bought a home, Sept. 1, 2015. and both bathrooms had to be gutted and remodeled.  The sellers did not disclose to us, the buyers, how completely useless the upstairs bathtub/shower unit was because of their decision to use Re-Bath. Looks beautiful on the outside, but Re-Bath uses inferior products and moronic installers. When their product and installations fail, your problem. They will fix the mess with another mess and charge you again. They do not stand behind anything.
In addition to the upstairs being useless for bathing, that left us with only being able to use the downstairs shower stall, located in the basement laundry room and (big enough for a small child only) But because we used the realtor's recommendation for the highly overpaid, useless , can't really be bothered, I'd rather be golfing, home inspector,  to do his job correctly for the amount of money that is paid, he also didn't catch the fact that the downstairs bathroom had a leak that had damaged the walls for years. So that had to be gutted, down to the framing and remodeled. Ironically enough, we were only going to have the walls painted downstairs and the painters were the ones that alerted us to the water damaged walls.
After contacting several companies and getting several bids for both bathrooms, that needed to be done ASAP, we found Dave and he gave us a time frame and bid for both bathrooms to be gutted down to the framing and complete remodel with a bid that couldn't be beat. Both him and his son worked very hard and were very considerate and respectful. Dave was always on board with our ideas, without any questions,  and was also very intuitive and smart at giving us the option for his ideas which we really appreciated.
He's a good, honest, hard working, nice guy. Highly recommended.
My husband and I both will definitely use him again for any project.

I love it. They did a wonderful job.

At the time we were a part of the "Direct Buy" program.

The installation and the way it turned out, the tile work was wonderful.

I liked him. He did a really professional job and his price was reasonable. Punctuality is the only area that he needs to improve on but other than that, everything else was good.

Greg was not really at the job site. He had someone doing the work at the beginning and it seemed fine. He had his son come and after a while I noticed the work was going slow. The work was not being done to the quality I thought and so I ended up canceling the work by this company. There was dust all over and my home was a mess. They worked on putting stone in my fireplace and it took many days. I hired another company that had to undo all of the work except for cabinets and a mantle and for the stone work it took them one day to do the stone work. I did see some beautiful work before hiring them but the work was not good on my home. This information is to the best of my memory.

"Greg Waggoner is not usually the one in the field. He handles permits to be pulled, materials to be ordered, estimates, etc. Sorry we were not able to meet your qualifications. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review."

They did a great job. I ordered about 3,000 pieces of Tala Vera tile which was a curve ball for them as they are not all the same size and they did a great job on installing that and with the entire home. They totally rebuilt a new bathroom. They installed a huge shower and a tub with jets and this was on the master bathroom. They redid the master bathroom including the plumbing and electrical. They redid the basement and put up new walls. In the past we had construction workers we had to worry about and I have small children and they were always very polite and courteous. There were no worries as they were honest and trustworthy. We had a major flood after this twice and they redid some of the work both times. They had to redo wood flooring and Tala Vera work on the stairs and bathroom. Greg Waggoner and Dave Hoffman were great and they would amaze me on different techniques that they would come up with.

They specialize in additions and remodeling. They did a bigger remodel for me 4 years ago. Their prices are fair.
