PENDING LITIGATION! Avoid This Contractor. I hired Bright Light Renovations for a major attic conversion. They substituted cheaper, incorrect materials AGAINST my wishes and without engineer approval and installed a staircase that violates Denver building code for ceiling clearance. Only about 20% of the job was completed, yet I was charged 50% of the contract. When I raised concerns, they sent a bogus change order and demanded more money instead of fixing their mistakes. I now have to pay a new contractor to demo and redo everything. Absolutely unprofessional and deceptive. **Avoid at all costs.**

Jay and Sabra kept us informed the entire process. During installation of a new master bathroom modifications were made as the build came about and those improved the remodel. Carpenter Patrick was great.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen! Once the job started, they literally knocked it out in about two weeks. They were always keeping us apprised of scheduling, and progress, and their people did beautiful work! We will 100% use them again. Very professional, and attentive.

Jay and the entire team with Bright Light were great to work with. From the design process all the way through the finish remodel, they were great. I would recommend them for any home remodel project you have!

We worked with Jay & Adam for a total bathroom renovation and I would highly recommend them if you are considering any renovations to your bathroom or kitchen! We appreciated the ease of picking out some of the basics they work with (solid surface shower walls, vanity design, etc.) as well as being able to choose our own design elements to i corporate into the overall design. The workmanship was excellent (no skimping!!) and their focus on making sure that you, the customer, are happy with the finished product was something you don’t always see with other contractors. I highly recommend!!

They were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, they were very communicative and the finished product was exceptional.

Brightlight team did a wonderful job of remodeling our hallway bathroom. Team was prompt and efficient in their work. Job took around 3 days and they cleaned up each night. There was no disturbance to hallway or rest of house. We highly recommend Jay and Brightlight and would use them again.
