Gregg showed up on time ready to work. Although Gregg doesn't advertise or want to do anything other than electrical work, he helped me out with fashioning the 4x4 posts for the short lights. He did so much better work than I would have done. And he showed me a few tricks when working with wood. He also installed the posts (which again isn't something he likes to do because, well, he's a busy electrician). I really appreciated him doing that work because I simply didn't have the time or know-how to get it done. The electrical work was top-drawer. Very professional and you don't have to be a tradesman to notice visual things about his work that shows, he's a cut above the normal electrician. Like, bending the conduit ever so slightly to accommodate a minor alignment problem. I've seen guys just run the conduit straight (at a mild angle) rather than bend the pipe. Bending it looks so much better. It tells you something about his work. He takes the time to do it right and safe. More than that, Gregg is trust worthy. All you have to do is meet him and you'll know. If you need an electrician (and especially if you live in the Falcon area) I suggest you contact Gregg at ARCI. You'll, from that point forward, have the electrician vacancy filled.

Simple little job. Very quick, efficient, and professional. He was in and out. Very personable. He knew what he was doing. He seemed very experienced.

Very, very happy with his work. Stayed on the job until it was done. Very pleasant personality. Had him come back in December to do a small interior job.

After contact arrived at the appointed time. Reviewed the job requirements and in a day returned with an estimate. Set the date to begin the job and arrived on time each day worked. Subcontracted for the excavation required. Subcontractor was great and I have had him back also for other projects. Great walk through after the job was completed. The install was neat, professional looking and well done.

Gregg showed up promptly and was done with the wiring job in the time promised and the work was just as detailed.

Very Impressed. I thought Greg was very professional. He checked every detail required as the work was done. The work itself was outstanding. Because we just moved here from another state where labor is way cheaper, I gave the price a Good instead of Excellent. His work was well worth the money though.

I had tried to install a track lighting system using a remote transformer. Although the directions seemed straight forward, I was unable to get the lights working and with a transformer, you don't want to have those mis-wired. I called Gregg and he thought he might be able to make it out the very same day. As it turns out, he was not able to, but he did call me back and we rescheduled (one point for Gregg for calling back). Gregg is super easy to work with and he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and get the lights working properly and have the unit well grounded (extremely important when it comes to transformers - since they can cause fire and they are expensive). Anyways, our house is all electric and Gregg was able to answer a few additional questions I had on the house electrical system overall. I plan on using Gregg for all my future electrical needs.

Gregg is professional and courteous with the knowledge to bring our desired needs to a timely solution exceeding our expectations in a timely manner.

I was very happy with the quality of the work and Mr. Johnson's ability to understand what I wanted. We are very pleased with our four new outdoor electrical outlets that surround our house.

ARCI has completed several projects for us since 2004 totaling over $5,000. The house is over 55 years old and as you can imagine every project has been exciting as we have installed recessed lighting, 100% kitchen and 3 bathroom renovation and new wiring for the family room and shop. Everything was completed in a timely manner and within reasonable cost parameters.

All jobs have been done on time. Quality workmanship is found in all work done for us.
