AquaDuct Roof & Gutters
About us
AquaDuct Roof and Gutters has been serving the Colorado Front Range for over 40 years. We are family owned and operated, and adhere to the highest set of quality standards and customer service. Don't trust your most valuable asset to just anyone. If you are tired of cleaning your gutters, letting that ice dam build up, or having water drips damage your siding, its time to give us a call. Long-time customers may remember us as A-1 Home Contractors, with an office for many years on West Alameda Avenue in Denver.. We’re the same company, still owned by Scott Lawrence, son of Bill who started the company in 1972. In 2005, the company changed its name to AquaDuct Roof and Gutters after Scott's son took the reigns of the marketing department. While the logo and name changed, the belief in quality and customer service have remained the same.

"Thank you, [member name removed] for your kind review. Thanks also for mentioning us to your neighbor! We just completed their roof, and, of course, we wouldn't have been there without you."
"Thanks, [Member Name]! (I'm a little new to Angie, and so I am a bit slow responding.) I am glad things are working well for you."
"Thanks [member name removed]! Repeat business is what we live for in business...especially hard to cultivate when your products tend to outlast the length of time people generally stay in one home!"
"Hi [member name removed]. I'm sad your feedback isn't so rosy...especially since we had re-roofed and guttered your home several years previously. As always, we strive to improve. For the record, your insurance company was most of the reason for the delay..however,.I should have (and could have) communicated better with you. Also worth noting was the change in the Colorado law that made it a crime for roofers to help people with their insurance deductibles. What we used to say, "You'll won't have to pay your insurance deductible the next time the hail comes" is now Insurance Fraud. This especially hard on retirees, but also on honest, local roofers. (Storm chasing companies have no reason to obey the law, because enforcement is lax and they won't be around anyway.) Thanks for your critique. Though I hope you won't need us again, if you do then hope you'll give us another chance to do better"
"Hi [member name removed]. Thanks for your review. During last summer's fire storm, we were thinking of you! Glad you're safe and well."
