Juan is an export and detail oriented, he'd go extra distance to make sure everything is done the right way, I have a new house (j1.5 years old) and the builder took a short cut and it caused a bad leaking. Juan came and explained in great details about the problem, showed me some pictures. He did a great job to fix it. A+. He's very professional, great work ethic, very courteous. Three years warranty of his work, It's hard to find these days, I'd recommend him to everyone.
