I am certified by the IICRC (#149754) and the VonSchrader Company. I have an occassional part time employee. I do not use sub-contractors. I charge a $35.00 trip charge when we travel over a 50 miles radius. We are a family oriented business and enjoy meeting and talking to people. It went GREAT!!! My carpet is 18 years old and Family Carpet Care makes  them look brand new. I even had some stains and they got them all out. I've been using Family Carpet Care for years now and I would never use anyone else. I try to get my carpets cleaned twice a year. I'm also going to have them come back to clean my carpets in my car and my dining room chairs. It's a family owned business and they clean the carpets like they where they're own. I'm very happy and I would recommend them to everyone.
