Wes was wonderful from the first call. He was only 1 of 2 who called back. He was always on time, honest, and knew his stuff. He even returned a small drill bit that got mixed up w/his stuff.

The roof is only 2 years old and was put on by another company who seems to have gone out of business. Wes Easton was referred by our son. He was prompt and professional. Will definitely file his card for any future roof repairs.

Advanced Roofing Techniques did a good job for us. We were very happy with them. I took bids from several companies and Advanced Roofing was the cheapest. They only replaced the sheeting that needed to be replaced and they did not replace anything that didn't need to be replaced. They were working on a historic building and they brought it as close to call as they could and they kept it as close to historic looking as they could. They quality of work was good. They got back to me with the bid fairly quickly. They were punctual and professional. I would feel confident recommending them.

The insurance company covered most of the work. It was excellent. They were very honest and professional. They done an excellent clean-up. Everything was super. Dealing with a different company to begin with, Advanced Roofing was very honest with their estimate and the job that was done. I would refer them to others.

Last year my parents used this company to replace their hail-damaged roof. Because they were so pleased, I hired him this year to replace my hail-damaged roof. Unlike other roofing companies who bid the job simply by matching whatever the insurance adjuster said I was entitled to, Advanced Roofing Techniques REALLY inspected the damage on my roof. and estimated the cost of repairing it TO CODE. The insurance adjusters just don't know the building code as well as Wes Easton! For both my parents and I, he found errors in the adjusters' bids and worked diligently with the insurance company to revise the amounts that we were eligible to claim. He started on time. His crew was quiet, professional, and considerate. They worked 12-hour days in grueling heat. He finished early. It only took him 2.5 days. His work was simply exceptional. His clean-up was immaculate. He replaced several flashings on vents that had not been included in the original bid because once he got the roof off, he realized they were rusted out. He did not charge me extra for this. He gave my parents a $50 referral fee. I don't ever want to have to replace my roof again, but if I do, I'll hire Wes in a heartbeat. I will refer him to anyone needing roof repair.
