Absolutely disgusted with every aspect of Verizon for my computer.  Botched explaination of the differences between their cell phone division and wireless computer division.  Unlike a cell phone you are billed for aytime computer is on as well as all the junk mail sent to you.  Data stream bill reflects all of this.  I did no music streaming or movie streaming, the usual amount of YouTube watching; that was it.  $500+ for six weeks service!  No trial period; you sign their cryptic two year multi-page contract at their office with no chance to read what you are signing.  Actual service was no better then my local phone company with outages that weren't solved by their "tech" persons.  I can't wait for real competion to sweep these rip off gougers aside.

Verizon Wireless has excellent service. It's always been great for us. They have wonderful customer service. They always solve our problems right away. They're very friendly. They're good to offer you alternative solutions if you're having any issues.

Always responsive even when I'm in a strange town and needed assistance.

I travel all over the country and I find that Verizon coverage seem always be there while it is not so with the other competitive provider.  The competitive provider most frequently does not have coverage in an area but Verizon almost always does.

I started using their phone service is 2010. My overall experience with them has been good. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

They are just OK. I think they are a little high.

I am included on my family share plan, so for an extra line I pay $10 a month. I get 250 text messages for $5 a month. In general, I am happy with them for their national coverage. Going into their stores, they are always helpful. When my old phone broke, they were ready to sell me a new one, but I wanted to keep my old one, so they could get me an refurbished phone. They have been really good but the coverage at my house has been pretty *expletive*. I think their family share plan but if I were to upgrade to beta, like a blackberry, their price is really high compared to other providers. So, I'm a little unhappy about that because if it were cheaper, I would have already gone with the blackberry.

Overall good experience with them. Happy with the coverage areas and family plan.
