I am very pleased with the service I received. It turned out that one of the solenoids had worked it's way loose and there was some debris in the socket. The sprinkler heads were adjusted and one of the nozzles had to be replaced. Sam the technician was very professional and kept me informed on his findings.

Ben normally doesn't do "deep" repairs like this, but he and his assistant jumped right in (literally) and replace the section of copper pipe with the hole. They are pleasant and responsive and I plan to use them for all my sprinkler needs.

Underground sprinkler has always done an outstanding job keeping my yard looking great and healthy while showing both courtesy and professionalism. They are prompt and provide great customer service.

Initial phone contact with the company and request for service resulted in an appointment in the same week.
Tavi gave us a courtesy call and arrived promptly at the beginning of our two hour window.  He worked quickly and efficiently, while taking time to answer questions,  explain the sprinkler system (we purchased the house this year) and to discuss some problem patches (possible fungus) in the lawn.  He fertilized and winterized the lawn and then flagged the sprinkler heads in the center of the lawn.  Tavi then called Kyle, the aeration man.  Kyle came within a few minutes.  Kyle thoroughly aerated the lawn, going over everything at least twice and giving extra attention to extra compact/dry areas that he had noted.  All work was completed within an hour.
We were very impressed by their friendly attitude and their thorough, competent and efficient performance. 
We will use their services again.

The service call was great.  Great communication through out and excellent work.  System was up and running with no issues in less than 2 hours.  This included replacement of parts and trouble shooting time along with setting my timer up correctly and confirming I understood how to run it.  Great job and highly recommend.  This work was done back in July but last week I emailed and they pointed me to their website on how to winterize my system.  Great step by step and pictures there.  Thanks.

Arriving at 9 am the day after I had called, an Underground Sprinkler employee worked very hard to locate a leak. There was a big area where the leak could have been located, but Tavy investigated until he found the source. Of course it was in a tight area and under a fence! He fixed the leak and refilled all the holes. He also convinced me that there was no need to do another more expensive fix on the system. I was thrilled with hard work, his low fee, and how quickly he finished the job.

He did an awesome job! He showed us everything that was wrong and we didn’t feel that he tried to sell us anything more than we needed. He was on time and did a great job.

I had Underground sprinkler once on 9-24-112.  Had a bad leak on drip line and they came right over fixed in short time.Two Brothers and they  work together in real team work.  Pleasant,  good manners. One of the man's wife ( Cindy) answers the phone and so you do not have to wait for a call back.Family business, close to my location.  Small things but sometime this means a lot.   I will keep them on my list to call again.

After waiting 5 days for another company to return my calls, I called other companies. I was told service would need to be scheduled out 3-4 weeks so I looked for a company with a smaller service area and found Underground. Because the need for service was urgent, Ben decided to swing by during a break in his schedule. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 minutes for a very fair price!  I couldn't believe any company could be so responsive during high season. I am so grateful for Ben's responsiveness and level of service on such short notice. I'm also a loyal future customer of Underground Sprinkler Corp!

The leak stopped shortly before they came out to repair.    He examined the valve and determined it was ok and should last.    The best part since it was just a quick stop and he had another client close by no appointment fee was requested.    I will certainly use Underground Sprinkler Corps services again.

Cindy establishes the work orders and sets the schedule for repair.  My repair was not urgent so I was scheduled about a week out.  However, she was thoughtful enough to call me when there was a cancellation and offered to come 5 days earlier. 
I was not available the day she offered but that is outstanding customer service.  Ben with his great  customer skills, arrived on time a ready to go.   He troubleshot my system and found a bad connection, made the repair and gave me a professional understanding of the capabilities of my sprinklers.

Mr Henry responded quickly to my initial email, came to see what I wanted him to do, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work to be done.  I have a lot of trees, fruit and deciduous, bushes, perennials, roses and shrubs that all needed their own drip system.  Mr Henry and his brother did a top-notch job of understanding what I wanted and doing a speedy, complete and thorough job.  They also fixed a zone of my sprinklers that had quit working, re-routed another line that had become inoperative because of tree roots and fixed a drip in the copper pipe.  I thought I needed an additional head in the middle of my grass where there wasn't enough water and Mr. Henry adjusted the other heads so they covered the area and therefore I didn't have to have another head added.
The final price was lower than the estimate and Mr. Henry called several days later to remind me to cover the pipes because the weather was going to be very cold.
I was very leary about getting all this done because of the scope of the job and the possible price but Mr. Henry made it a no-stress project that didn't break the bank.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, if needed, and brag about them to my friends and family.

They're always on time, call before arriving, and provide good value for their service. We use not only the Sprinkler service, but the lawn aeration, fertilization and weed treatment as well.     number because it was close to my location, I had to leave a message as they were out working.   Ben called me back  
    in about  20 minutes from his truck. with his partner.  They were on the way back to the office and picked up my message.
     I had given them my location.  Ben said he would stop at my home and check out the job...he was here in 10 minutes.  
     They checked out the job and did it immediately.   Took less that   45 minutes.    They were very nice good manners.

They showed up and found the problem right away. He also noticed a second leak and fixed the pipe right away. He did a great job. Very professional nice and showed me why it was leaking.

They did a very good job. We have used them twice a year for 3 years now and they are very reliable. We will continue to use them again and would recommend them.

Just purchased a new home and needed to have the sprinkler system lines identified; the sprinkler system and drip system checked out for problems.   Ben came out and thoroughly checked everything.  He found several drip lines needing repair, which he fixed on the spot.  He explained how everything is laid out.  Ben is extremely professional and takes pride in his work.  The price was very reasonable.  I will be  using Underground Sprinklers for all my lawn irrigation work.

Ben Henry is the guy who came out. He was very nice. I thought it was kind of expensive, but he did the work when my regular guy wasn’t able to come. He charged me about $185 for his services. I don’t know price wise, but it was over the weekend and it was really hot. My grass was dying and I needed somebody to fix the sprinklers. One of my zones didn’t turn off. So, I had to turn off the whole system for days trying to get somebody to come here. When I called Ben, he came right out. He came out the same day I called him. So, that was really good. I thought he was pretty good.

My husband and I just purchased a home with an underground water sprinkler system.  We have never had this luxury before. From the first phone call to Cindy, who was extremely helpful and pleasant to the actual visit from Tevi everything was wonderful.

We were given a two hour arrival time and told we would get a call prior to Tevi coming over.  Things were going quickly for him that day so he actually called earlier and asked if he could come over then or if it was more convenient, he could wait until our scheduled time. When he arrived he was very pleasant, thorough and helpful.  He showed us all the shutoffs, the controls, the valve boxes and the location of each head.  He then went through each zone and adjusted the arc and height to get the best coverage. He set the timer to match Parkers watering schedule.
We had two broken heads which he was able to replace (after he told us how much it would be and asked if we wanted to have the work done) and we requested an additional head be added in the back yard.

All of this was completed prior to the original estimated arrival time.

Wonderful family business.  We will be having them take care of all our sprinkler system needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are easy to communicate with and set up times for the work to be done. Most of the work doesn't require me to be home, but for the things that do, they have always arrived on time and been very friendly! I recently had work done in my basement and in the process the power cord to my sprinkler timer was cut. They replaced the necessary part at no charge!
