Prior to the start of the work, they were "Johnny on the spot" when I had questions. Once the work began & was finished, I had great difficulty getting thru or a return call. Since the company has a good BBB rating, I assumed the work would be excellent. That was not the case.
I am VERY disappointed with the siding material ~ went from aluminium to cheap vinyl. After 1 yr., a very large section of siding came loose ~ 4 or more rows & 8' to 10' wide. In addition, when the back porch exterior light was mounted, it was attached only to the vinyl siding, not secured to the wall. Not only did it look horrible, but it was dangerous. Since I had to travel quite a bit at that time, my inspection of the work was delayed as well as attempts to have issues resolved to my satisfaction.
It took multiple calls over a period of 2 weeks to get anyone to call back. When I received a call back, I was assured that a workman would be out to fix the problems within a week. Imagine my frustration when I returned from a week long trip to find nothing had been done! More calls, no replies. I finally sent an email stating that if the problem was not fixed within 5 days, a letter of complaint would be sent to the BBB. It was fixed within the 5 day period. It had taken six weeks to get it done from the time the siding originally came loose. Another piece has come off & after repeated calls without any response, I finally gave up. Sure, it's just one small piece, but it's the top piece right next to the chimney.
While I understand that I am not the only customer the company has to serve, it is absolutely unacceptable to not answer calls or emails. "Poor customer service" does not even begin to describe what I went thru. If I had it to do over, I certainly would not use Trinity Restoration LTD.

They were prompt and came when they said they would come. They completed the work in a day and then the inspector came out to check if the work was done properly. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of the work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

A very pleasant experience. Bob Halsted briefed us on every step of the process. Work would have been accomplished in a day and a half but the shingle supplier delivered the wrong color so we had had to wait for them to pick up and replace the correct shingles. The work and quality were excellent.
