When Tops first saw the basement the owner told us what he thought was a fair and an inexpensive way to "make it work." He gave us a bid which included everything from drywall to carpet. He had great ideas like insulating the ceiling which made a huge difference in the heat down there. He ran speaker wire through the ceiling so now there are no wires hanging from the wall which makes it look very clean and professional. His ideas were great and we were happy to have someone go "over and beyond" what we originally thought should be done. Tops proved to us that small remodles can make a big difference at a very reasonable price!
