TO THE RESCUE

We had been long time To The Rescue customers (9 years), and have slowly seen a decline in the quality of our cleaning services. We used to have the same lady come every week, and we worked with her directly on how we wanted things done. When she left the company, we started getting a different cleaning team each week. We'd leave notes (please don't forget to clean inside the microwave, please put the dishes in the sink in the dishwasher, etc.), but if we did not leave notes items were always missed. After our most recent cleaning, it was the last straw. The kitchen floor were not swept or mopped, the downstairs carpets not vacuumed, the kitchen sink uncleaned, the microwave not cleaned. I contacted the main office and sent photos of the poor cleaning. I asked them to please send a new cleaning team moving forward, and to please come up with a plan on how to rectify the situation (their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed). The only thing I received was a bill for the full amount for the last cleaning, and rescheduled the same team for our next regularly scheduled cleaning. They didn't even offer to come and re-clean the kitchen and vacuum. We are now looking for a new cleaning company.

We were not satisfied with them. We used them 3 times. We called them twice and nobody called us back. They had us pay a deposit and now we are trying to get it back. They said it was in the mail but we haven't gotten it back.

This company was so wonderful to work with. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The staff is very professional and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
