We hired Travis Welch last year for a basic backyard project (fencesprinklers, sod, mulch, rocks, a couple trees). He promised it would take about a week, or at most a month. Instead, it dragged on for three months, and he even started my neighbors? projects before finishing ours. The communication was awful. He constantly promised dates and then showed up days later (if at all), always blaming snow removal in the mountains. When the project was finally ?done,? it was sloppy. A sprinkler head was installed wrong, leaving parts of the yard dead while water pooled elsewhere. The fence gates he built became crooked and broke within months. I asked him for seven months to come fix it, and only after I threatened to leave bad reviews did he finally send someone to patch the fence. Even then, he promised he?d come back in May, then June, then July to fix the sprinklers. It?s now August, half my grass is dead, and one sprinkler zone doesn?t work at all. ? Travis and his crew showed up when they said they would, and maintained good communication throughout the project. They incorporated excellent drainage and other aesthetically pleasing ideas on the project.

We had what turned out to be a busted sprinkler line under our brick paver walkway. Travis and his crew came out, were able to remove all the pavers WITHOUT breaking any of them (still have no idea how they did it, much less as fast as they did), repair the busted pipe, and get everything back together in no time. I felt the price was very competitive, and the quality of work was incredible. Definitely using these guys for future projects.

Travis is honest and trustworthy. Knows his business well and keeps up a high standard for his crew and contractors. We are very pleased with his work and have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors. Eager to work with TLW again in the future.
