We were having new countertops installed by Granite Transformations and the design consultant recommended Joe Rampp as someone who could remove old tile from the wall above the counters and install new tile. We were trying to keep a tight work schedule and so ask Joe to remove the old tile (and repair wallboard) on Thursday & Friday and install the new tile early the following week, with other working being done in the intervening period. Joe was able to meet our schedule. (He did have several weeks notice.) Joe did a great job. Very professional. No mess. Joe also recommended that we have under-cabinet lighting installed and recommended an electrician. Excellent recommendations on both counts. We had already picked the tile we wanted (2" x 2"), but Joe helped select an appropriate grout. We were quite pleased with Joe's work. The only issue we had was that the invoice we were given as the project was being completed was more than Joe's estimate (which had been verbal). When we pointed out the discrepancy, Joe promptly corrected the invoice.
Description of Work: As part of a kitchen remodeling, we needed old tile removed from backsplash behind counters and new tile installed. [CORRECTION: I just noticed that the company name is "Tiles Incorporated", not "Tile Incorporated".]
